  After all repairs are finished, it may be worth it to have my bro come and inspect the finished work. He uses IR cameras, moisture meters, and some other high-tech gizmos (even tests air for spores and stuff) to figure out if your house is mold/fungus free, and safe for breathing. http://www.1-sg.com/
