  The Royal Scot in Victoria is very homey and comfortable. Kitchenettes in each room, a block away from the Parliament buildings. The people who work there are lovely. http://www.royalscot.com/

  empress is good old small rooms expensive but the symbol of the city. Royal Scott is good not to far from your gig quiet. I know little about the Victoria hotels as i live in Victoria. We have a truly vast array of hotels here in Victoria. Please message me with what you need i can find you the perfect one.
