  I need a good dentist in Reno for my step daughter. I normally take her to the smile shop but they want her to go to a general dentist incase she needs something done like a root canal. I called Dr Pisani and they want me to pay 300 for the first visit when we have insurance wtf!? Anybody know of someone good?
