  Gary, in 2002, We had our roof replaced by G. M. Flynn Contractor, NV Roofing Contractors Lic #49938, telephone number 775 786-3550. It has a 30 year warranty and nailing application per Manufacturer's High Wind Specifications. We have very high winds and our roof is as perfect as the day it was installed.
