  we recently had an inspection done on a house which we buying, and we used 3Dinspections. they are local and family owned they were extremely through to include notating that the gutters needed to be cleaned out. they charged us $350 for the inspection on the house which is almost 1700 sqft. they also gave us a small discount for being veterans. here is there web site. http://dddinspection.com/
