Need suggestions for cheap, quality tennis shoes I'm looking for Men's tennis/running shoes that are inexpensive but will hold up for a while. Does anyone have a suggestion?

What's inexpensive? $20? You can find amazing shoes online for $40+ if you're willing to look. Brooks, Mizuno, whatever. Buy models that are a few years old. TheClymb.com, runnerswarehouse.com, ebay, amazon...etc. If the current Brooks Cascadia is the 13, look for the 11, etc. I've been running for 6 years and have paid full price maybe twice, each time at a local outfitter.
Can any of my runner friends recommend a good running shoe? I'm new to this. Have no idea. Thanks!

Online good buys at firsttothefinish.com and runnerswarehouse.com also check reviews some manufactures run big or small. Saucony runs a size smaller. My son also prefers brooks.
Running friends---I am having to change from Brooks running shoes after two consecutive pairs that have come unglued in less than 30 days. I know that I supinate and have high arches. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have always worn Brooks.

I have purchased them at Runnerswarehouse.com and I bought 2 pairs in Oregon at a specialty store when I was there for the marathon. My Mom wears them too.
Looking for a good place to get some XC spikes? Dick's SG doesn't carry them. Do they normally run small? Riley's old spikes were a size 10, he wears a 9/9.5 shoe.
