  The problem is that in NY you have to be at least a vet tech or vet to treat animals with acupuncture. There are some vets that do, which is fine. Acu with e-stim is great, however they all tend to push liu wei di huang wan, because they don't know anything else. I would try checking the Chi Institute in Florida: http://www.tcvm.com/
