It is becoming impractical to manage their availability by phone and email, so what I want is a sort of online calendar that will show me all of my therapists in one town/area on one screen along with their availability, whether they have been booked, and what has been booked. I want the ability to control all of the schedules, but I also want each therapist to have remote access to his/her own schedule so that they can add bookings and change their availability (but I will be immediately notified of these changes and have to verify them before they are final.). I need this so that I can quickly look to see who is available where when a client calls to book a session. These are sometimes made months in advance and sometimes only hours. It would be nice if it could link to quickbooks and my client database.

  Try bodymind.com it is what my last place used to schedule therapists and clients can book and buy gift certificates and they have great customer support to set you up. I don't know how much it costs though.
