What's the best place in Media for yoga classes? Looking for something with weekend classes for a novice :)

Call Lisa Grant (484) 393-2247 at www.Sarva-Yoga.com and she will get you started! She opened her studio in 2014 and needs more students, her classes are very affordable, and she is an excellent, attentive teacher.

Sarva Yoga on Baltimore Pike. Also, there have been a few threads on this so if you go to the Media group page and use the search bar on the right, you'll get other reviews / suggestions.

Sarva Yoga. I haven't been to their studio yet, but I have taken classes with Lisa previously and she is my favorite yoga teacher ever. Great pace, pays attention to when students need help w/postures.
Can anyone recommend a good yoga studio in the Media area?
Sarah R. replied:
Sarva http://sarva-yoga.com Amazing instructors. And they do a 30 day for $30 beginners deal. Can't beat that. Seriously, they are great.
Jennifer P. replied:
My husband and I just started at Sarva Yoga and we really like it. They have a variety of classes that meet both our schedule and budget, and we like both instructors. As a new customer you can get a pass for $30 that gives you unlimited classes for 30 days, which is about the price of 2 drop in sessions most places!
Does anyone know of any Pilates instructors local to our area? I've noticed a lot of yoga, but not much Pilates. Please feel free to inbox me as well.
Thanks

Roz Trosley of Swarthmore teaches in multiple locations, including the Ridley Sports Club (a great gym for classes!) on Tues/Thur mornings. There's also a Pilates studio in Swarthmore. Please check out Lisa Grant's new SARVA YOGA studio across from Smedley Park: www.sarva-yoga.com ($30 for 30 days of yoga special; great heated power yoga classes included!).
