  Okay gang. My body went to revolt mode. In need of some physical therapy options- working through what seems to be a piriformis muscle / hip issue that is just not going away (> 6 mths). Taking suggestions for finding massage and other physical therapy.

  I have the exact same issue that plagued me through all of 2015. I limped through MTB and CX racing last year. I said enough is enough and hung up the racing plates for the time being. I have been working with Pedal PT with terrific results and anticipate being back for CX and some good summer riding.   Physical Therapist Recommendations? Got hit by a car on my bicycle not too long ago, I've been working with a chiropractor however I want to get a second opinion on treatment options. Ideally looking for someone in SE near Colonel Summer's park, or possibly out in Beaverton. The wider the range of hours available the better as I'm pretty booked with work lately.
