  My recent spate of home repairs are done. However, there is a newly recognized problem of a deck that was not installed correctly and consequently I have some water damage to repair to the house in addition to repairing or replacing the deck (considering a screened-in porch). Since my home inspector did not notice this in 2006, and several folks who have worked on related issues to my back door haven't recognized the true source of the problem, I really want someone who knows what he/she is doing. Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who does deck/porch work who is honest, reliable and really knows his/her stuff?
