This is an announcement board for LLL of Montgomery, AL area. If you need support from a LLL Leader you need to email a leader with your name, phone number and basic question. A Leader will return your email or call you. We do not answer specific questions on Facebook; you must contact a leader directly.
We will post about LLL Series Meetings, Breastfeeding Café meetings, events, current breastfeeding information and news. The Leaders/admins are the only ones who represents LLL. Websites of some articles may contain information or advertisements that are not in line with LLL Philosophy or recommendations, please realize this is beyond our control.
La Leche League is interested in encouraging you in your mothering experience. Some of the ideas may be new to you. Feel free to take what seems right for you, and leave the rest. Mothers know their own baby best; you are the expert. We offer information from our experience, and that of many other mothers. You are the only one who knows what is right for you and your family.
La Leche League accepts all mothers wherever they are on their breastfeeding journey. Mothers, or women planning to become mothers, who are interested in learning more about breastfeeding are welcome to attend our meetings.
