  Ah ha! I was about to recommend Richard Broomhead of Broomheads Plumbing when I saw Hannah Chaplin's post. They did our boiler at our old house, do yearly checks on our boiler now & helped us out with the leak in our bedroom last year. Can be relied upon. X X X
