  Alyssa M. wrote: Carl Bell Plumbing and Heating left me with a $10,000.00 plus repair bill for unfinished and poorly installed HVAC system in my new home. He charged me extra on duct work for my upstairs that was not even hooked up to the heatpump system and tried to sell me another unit despite it not being needed. We endured both freezing cold and extreme heat due to his negligence for over one year. Do not use this company!
