  Home inspector, structural engineer? You guys recommended a great realtor, now I need to get inspections done. I liked the one I used last time, but I'd like to get someone more thorough. I know going in that there are problems with the foundation, and almost certainly some hidden diy that isn't up to code. I know good contractors are usually kept hidden away like the gems they are. If anyone is willing to share a name with me I'd be forever grateful. EDIT: Thanks for giving me so many recommendations. I hate randomly picking someone for such an important job.
