  We own an Emerald Spa hot tub. It's a solid middle of the road in terms of price and quality. Bought it from Staten Island Pool and Spa. My parents own a Hot Spring hot tub. They cost a little more, but they are top notch in quality. If I bought another, I'd probably get one of those. They bought it from a place on Rt 22, I think it was the Healthmate place mentioned above. They've been very happy with the tub and service. If you want to do some research, I recommend searching the forums at www.poolspaforum.com.

  I spent a lot of time at http://www.poolspaforum.com/ when researching spas. It seems pretty active. Lots of people asking about problems, what to do, etc. and giving opinions and trouble reports about their spas. You might post there and see if the manufacturer contacts you to resolve things.
