  Have you considered contacting the UofS law school? They have a chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC). Alternatively, there’s an organization in Saskatchewan called “Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan” (www.pblsask.ca) who may be able to help or may be able to direct you in the right direction.
