  I use Serif WebPlus x5. A couple sites I made are www.chadnicholson.com and www.fbcmen.com It's all "drag and drop" with the option of adding code or using templates as well. And it cost a heck of a lot less that adobe...... But adobe is the badass of the industry too! Lol good luck.
