  Nicci Moats I lived next to the owner of http://cakesbycarla.com/ she makes some of the best cakes I have ever tasted in my entire life. Check her website out she has done cakes for conventions, weddings, Bands and even K92. If you can schedule time with her I would highly recommend doing so asap. Her schedule fills quickly I normally have to request atleast 3 to 4 months in advance for even a small birthday cake.
