  Okay Hampton Roads folks, I am looking for a new primary care physician/family medicine practice that must be in Norfolk. I will have an Optima HMO starting in March. My requirements are rather simple, English is primary language, must allow the patient to participate in own care, willing and able to treat both me and my son. I have been with a practice in VB for many years, but so many things have changed that I am just not thrilled with the level of care being received any more and my original doc is no longer with the practice. Any recommendations?

  I just switched from my doctor in Virginia Beach a few months ago and I went with Dr. Naylor at 902 Graydon Avenue at the corner of Hampton Blvd and Graydon Ave because he is three blocks from my home. A friend of mine recommended him and I have to say I am very satisfied with him. He takes Optima. I know because that is what I have. The phone number to his office is: 757-625-5417.
