  Ol Uncle Dan here......been on a few cruises and recommend Cruisecritics.com. Great site with message boards for each cruise line, ports of call, and you can ask questions. We've been on Princess only, but would recommend Carnival if it's you without kids, Royal Carribean is family oriented, and Disney is family oriented but expensive. Don't know about Norwegian, but Holand America is an old crowd. The crisuecritoc site I well worth the look. Sorry wordy ,

  cruisecritics.com often tell about great excursions- Cozumel: pirate boat dinner cruise was fun; Isla Passion is great also- not sure about the others...
