So far I've found that The Counter has good gluten free burgers, Green Tomato Grill has gf waffles, Vibe Organic has gf menu, True Food Kitchen has gf lasagna, and... that's it.   Celiac here, The Roost is my go to in Longmont. They understand cross contamination, have a gluten free fryer, and have excellent food. The Post has good gluten free fried chicken. There are numerous places in Boulder too. I use [findmeglutenfree.com](https://findmeglutenfree.com) to find places and reviews for celiac stuff. If you're looking for beer, Holidailys in Golden is unbeatable for 100% gluten free beer (not gluten removed). You can also find their beer at Wyatts.

  Another vote for the gluten free place. Sign up for their rewards program. Grab a bite to eat. And shop away. Not celiac but we ate at Nye beach cafe. It was very good and they seemed knowledgeable. They had good ratings on the findmeglutenfree.com site.

Anyway, we will be going to the Cleveland Clinic in June for my daughter to have tests run on her kidneys( unrelated issue to the gluten it is a birth defect) anyway, I can pack a ton of snacks, however I know we are going to have to eat at least one meal out.   I am totally gluten free. Harris Teeter carries a lot of GF products.... and they are great about labeling the shelves with a pink gluten free sign by the products. You'll spend a fortune at Earthfare. For baking stuff, I highly recommend anything Bob's Red Mill. Its the best, in my opinion. Rosarios Pizza also does a GF crust and it's really tasty. And most restaurants do have a GF menu when you ask them. If you have an iPhone, I use an app called "Find Me Gluten Free". It shows restaurants near your location that offer GF menus... and it also has user reviews. Good luck!
