Looking for a good private dentist in short order Recently moved to the U.K. And don't have a NHS ID yet, and wouldn't you know it, one of my fillings has come loose.
I'm not in pain but I think I should see a dentist to get it looked at in case it gets worse.
I've applied for the NHID but not received one yet.
I've looked online and mostly found places advertising themselves for cosmetic dentistry and some don't even do regular cleanings.
Since I'll probably be paying for this out of pocket, I'd like to go to a reputable, good dentist with reasonable prices. Any suggestions?
Preferably Islington or close to tube.
Thanks!

you can check https://www.toothpick.com/ to find one near you, often it also shows the private prices
Please can you folks recommend me a NHS dentist. The excellent Dr. Hero has moved on from the practice in West Norwood...

Bolney court dental surgery...very efficient & caring towards patients...Lawrie park road...look at the websites nhs choices or toothpick.com...you can look up NHS dentists within the area & read reviews on them to make a decision based on your requirements
Can anyone help find a nice NHS dentist? I have looked at some reviews of NHS dentist and most seem to be bad or mediocre at best. My wife is terrified of dentist and we are looking for someone nice, could you recommend anyone, we'd be really thankful.
Thanks.
Thank you.
