does anyone know of a cheap but good wig for rin kagamine?

Try http://amphigory.com I bought my wig from there for about $40 including shipping for my Edward Elric cosplay, but I bought it as a different wig and styled it myself.
Looking to cosplay Coraline.... Where can I find a decent blue wig? Everything I've seen has either been the wrong length, wrong color, or bad quality. Any advice? Am I better off just getting a blonde one and dyeing it? I'm new to all this.

I like Amphigory.com and Arda. I would not recommend dying a wig, it's a tricky process and the results aren't always predictable. Length can be corrected with a pair of scissors. From Arda, I think a Jaguar wig in Electric Blue would be close. You'd just need to trim up the bottom and maybe slick it down a bit. From Amphigory, maybe a Mystic in Midnight Blue with the bangs swept to the sides more? They're really good about responding to emails with questions and recommending wigs if you send them reference pictures too.
Does anyone know any really good wigs for larping? Mine is pretty but isn't very good for larping. If your a wig user can you help me out? :)

I'm probably picking one up from http://www.amphigory.com/ I checked out some at a costume store today and there's a world of difference in wig fibers. From all the advice I've gotten, cosplay-specific wigs are likely to be higher quality than standard costume-quality "synthetic" wigs. Kanekalon is a word that comes up a lot? If anybody has specific sites I'd also love to see them.

Thats right! The shorter the better for getting lack of tangles! I stick by both Arda and Amphigory. I mostly go for arda because the site is easier to navigate, they have AMAZING style and color selections! And the quality is OMG! Perfect! I know many players who use arda as well!
Anybody know of a good place to buy wigs that are the same price and quality as arda wigs? They're on backorder of the colour I need.
Amber C. replied:
I've bought from amphigory.com before and they have a lot of colors. Be sure to check the circumference of the wig to make sure it would fit. And, just a warning their shipping is slower than ardas.
Anyone have sites they'd recommend for wigs? Jessica? Tara-Lynn?

Amphigory.com

Arda is my go-to. Amphigory used to be a good one when I first started cosplaying, but the last time I ordered from them, the quality was not worth the price at all. Some store envy and ebay shops are surprisingly good too.
Where can I get a GOOD not crazy expensive wig bright red, for Halloween, the Halloween store wigs r terrible and its damn near the last piece I need for my costume any of my hair dresser friends or cosplayers got any ideas?

I always buy off of eBay :P amphigory.com or cosplay.com when they have good coupons available or I'm feeling rich
