  For a manicure http://m.insideoutsalonandspa.org/ Ph # is 208 695 7821 They are in downtown Eagle. Next door to CS with Pat where we take Zander. They are a non profit salon. I took a CS class in Boise with the owner of this salon. Their services are very affordable and all of it goes to train girls in Africa for jobs. Very neat concept. Now for a massage, I don't know if they do that. But I am more than happy to help you with that. Totally an amateur here, but I am game.
