  Yes I do. He is in the Sandy Mall by the Community college. I have a broken back and he is the only one who can bring me back to walking state. Dr Rosquist. Phone # is 801-571-3333. He is amazing and hopefully close to you. He generally can squeeze you right in if you are having major probs.
