  Ugh..sad.....air conditioner is going bad! About $500 to repair which will maybe last 1 year or $5400 to get new...because the furnace needs replaced...and I know it. It's 22 years old I have been in my house 16 years. So that means all this stuff is going to start going bad! It was the washing machine last month. Any suggestions?? I love my heating and cooling company Howald in Broad Ripple.....but would love to find a better deal and they would probably meet it. Plus I need to move the outside air-conditioning unit to the south side of the house. At least new units would mean more room in my storage area!!!!
