Has anyone been past the Kildare mansion recently? She put up a HUGE 15 foot fence around the entire property. It's looks like a concentration camp!

Reminds me of visiting the Stetson Mansion in or outside DeLand Florida. I was driving around with my Aunt Margaret and she pointed out the Mansion down a long driveway. She told me that sometimes at Christmas it was opened for guests. We stopped and a man came up to the car and asked if we would like a private tour. "Well of course!" It was an amazing house. The floors had inlaid woods that were masterpieces. The story we were told by the man who gave us the tour was that he and his wife were hair stylists from the New York area who had purchased the estate. They were going to set up an antique business. As we traveled throughout the house, we noticed that many of the furnishings had price tags on them. I have a beautiful set of stack tables and a beautiful set of Cranberry Crystal that I purchased that day. Somehow, I always wondered about that strange encounter and our solitary tour. Aunt Margaret said there was never anything in the papers about a "theft" of items from the house!!!
