  Ive never done it before but my friend did and she got a car for like $1000.. And it was a toyota it worked GREAT! The one she went to was hollywood tow .. http://www.hollywoodtow.com/ It tells u on the website what days the auctions are and what cars they will have.. I beliiiiieve... im not sure tho all u need is a license and the cash upfront im not too sure though
