  seeking recommendations for a dog groomer in the North East/Elkton/Rising Sun area. I know there is one that I obviously will not be using. I have 60 pound lab/collie mixes. They need thorough baths, nails done, undercoats pulled, and teeth & ear cleaning if any groomers do that.
