  There's a clinic that pulls teeth for about $20.00 in Wilmington, they only do it on certain days and when you go you have to wait a few hours. St Mary Health Ctr . 412 Ann St, Wilmington, NC 28401 » Map (910) 763-5277. Call them on Tuesday to see if you can get in. I hope this helps.
