Visiting Nashville on Sunday until a late night flight. Looking for ideas for bars/pubs to hang out at and stores with a great selection of quality beer. /r/tnbeer is not very active.... I figure I would receive a much more detailed response and reach out to a larger number of redditors in /r/beer.
Thanks guys!

Local friends: I have some out of town guests staying at Opryland looking for a family-friendly restaurant or two in that part of town (or not too far from it). I don't know that part of town real well - suggestions? Looking for something that is not a chain and has a great local reputation.

The Pharmacy Best burger in the city. East Nashville http://thepharmacynashville.com/ And or course the Germantown Cafe. A little drive but worth it.
NASHVILLE PEOPLE! I have a friend traveling through the area this evening. Would love to give her some restaurant options... Nashville has changed a lot since I've been there. Anything notably new, fun or exciting to recommend?
