  They are not in Costa Rica but an online business https://www.designcrowd.ca/ you can put it out for people from around the world to submit based on your description. You don't pay unless you choose and you will get hundreds of submissions. I used it for my business and the results were amazing. Nothing to lose. If you choose one you like, they send you everything you need for high digital printing. Check it out and see if it will work for what you need.
