Last week I tried Mala Tang (www.mala-tang.com, 3434 Washington Blvd, Arlington, VA 2220) which serves a good Sichuan-style hot pot. This evening I may try a Korean hot pot restaurant recommended to me called Korshi (http://www.korshi.com, Centerville, Virigina) which previously only offered grilled food but now offer hot pot. Incidentally, another good place for grilled buffet is a Mongolian restaurant called Genghis Grill (www.genghisgrill.com in Franconia/Springfield, Virgina). Are there other good places for hot pot in our area that you would recommend?
