  Hey Jodi, if your pocket watch is mechanical and of any real value whether monetary or sentimental I'd urge you to take it to a professional. I haven't dealt with any the following but the watch community (yes there is a watch community) says they do good work: http://www.littleshoppeofhorology.com/ (Mississauga) http://watch-repairs.vrx.net/ ( Parkdale) http://www.archerwatches.ca/ (St. Thomas, Ontario) But please DO NOT take it to a jewelers shop, in my experience they're pretty awful when it comes to watch repair/maintenance
