  Pottstown, but I assume they all would sell them. There's also a website called Coupaw.com (kinda like Groupon for pet supplies). The had them cheaper than Petco, but that was before Christmas, so I don't know if it was a sale or not.

  Kong and Doggles (the company that makes military dog equipment) are supposed to be great. I just saw the Doggles brand on COUPAW.com but you can look up the doggles website for into.
