I'd like someone to create special event pages, promotions, pop up boxes, video sections etc. and create clear direction on sites I already have. I get content. I am not a designer. I'd like a "per hour" or "per piece" or "per project" kind of hire that works fast when I need it and can work with multiple platforms. Do you have any suggestions?
