  Decent swimming pools? Hi all. Mrs wants to go swimming after work today but we don’t really know of any good pools to go to. Can anyone recommend a good, reasonably clean, good size pool? We live walking distance from roundhay park upper lake if that helps.

  Bit late now but have a look at payasugym.com you can go to swimming pools at gyms. They're nicer than council ones and usually also gave steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.

  Livingwell gym at Puckrup, Hilton hotel near Twyning is quiet, clean warm changing area. And pool is always perfect temperature. You can get a day pass for about £7 if you get one from PayAsUGym.com. Or it's £10 if you pay when you turn up.
