  I used Doug at 85 Rockin T. Pulls all the necessary permits. By the book, so a little more expensive than others, but his work is quality. The shower faucet/spigot/head/tub drain he installed a year ago is leak free. He gave Mindy Dolnick Tureau a quote the other day that seemed high, so I think it's worth getting multiple quotes no matter what. http://www.85 rockingt.com/index.html
