  Lebogang Pitswe ... There is no such thing as a site that doesnt need some kind of development. Even setting up a template based site will take some kind of tinkering. Kevin Koekemoer ... Ive seen some Wordpress sites customised to high hell and they achieve all that a html site can do, with the benefit of that CMS built in. Meanwhile Lebo. Alot of clients start off with the exact words you've used and in the end the result is not something that does the job - thus customisation will occur - there are other things as well... Does your friend already have a domain registered with a hosting company? If not, will the designer have to sort that out for you? say you call it jewellrybyyourfriend.co.za ... how do you know that domain name hasn't already been registered?
