  Pulido Electrolysis and Laser on Henderson and Azeele is where I go. Laser is a permanent hair reduction but does not always permanently remove it. It's all about having the right kind of hair and skin, meaning the darker both are the better. The fairer the skin and lighter the hair the less successful. What I've done is laser first to get rid of about 70% of hair and then got the rest removed using electrolysis. Call Hope Pulido at 813.877.6500. Hope's been doing electrolysis for over 30 years.
