We have roughly 10k clients (retailers) around the country and are currently working with a local printer that is having trouble keeping up with our needs from a volume and tech standpoint. Ideally we'd like to set up some sort of ordering system within our custom-built application that would connect with printer warehouse inventory, and allow real-time ordering. Anyone have any recommendations?

I have a few ideas about selling shirts and other garments using a DTG type printer so we can have tons of prints but only make/ship when ordered. I'd rather not focus on the printing and shipping process but more on the graphics and marketing side. Does anyone know of a company that we can send customer orders to then they print and ship the garments direct to customer? I saw a few companies that we can create work then make 10-15% commission when it sells but doesn't seem worth it when we're going to be doing all the sales and marketing. I believe most of my products are going to be one off custom shirts so its not something we want to order and have in inventory.

All we hear are the stats, but somehow people who makes clothing can't wrap their heads around it. Most women need larger size clothing, but nobody's providing it.

I dont care if your rates arent the cheapest, but I am in urgent need of somebody who is capable of doing DTG printing on Bella+Canvas or Champion/Independent Blanks. Most of my brands graphics are photo realistic and cannot be captured using screen printing. cant find any good sites with decent enough rates for DTG printing. Looking for somebody who does not require a minimum either. Would prefer to have some sample tees out first and then can go from there. Eager to do business immediately. Quent10000 replied:Depends on how many shirts you want to order. You might want to look into a print on demand service. Something like www.printful.com If you're going to place an order of 10 or more shirts you can look into local or national manufacturers. I've heard good things about threadbird.com (USA) If you're going into the 100 s alibaba.com is the way to go. As for the types do some research on which will work best for you. The main 2 are Direct to garment DTG and screen printing. They each have there own pros and cons. I would stay away from heat pressing logos onto your shirts because that is where you will see the cracks and fading.
