  I have used Dr Hicks, I didn't like his personality or the lack of one. He was not kind to my elderly mother-in-law or my 8 yr old son, some yrs back. So I started seeing Dr. Bedsole I would highly recommend him and his staff! I don't know if they see medicaid patients but maybe Dr. Bedsole phone # is 205-884-2020. Good luck!!
