My quotes range from $800-$1600 to retrieve 800GB of data. Konicom, on J St., is the cheapest so far. If anyone know of a cheaper place to go, please let me know.

  I used http://www.bitwisecomputerrepair.com/ in folsom. They sent it out somewhere so I didn't have to package the drive or anything. Gave them the bad drive and a replacement. I think it was 700...might have been 800.
