  why do you need a cardiologist. I went to Dr K Reddy for yrs, until I switched my medicare provider, and he isn't in the plan. He is listed as Lorven Heart Institute 352 401 9888. I highly recommend him. Also Dr Urban and his associate Dr. Prashad. There are 2 numbers listed for Paul Urban. Not sure which is cardiologist 352 861 5634, and 352 867 8311 I don't know if they take BCBS but you can call and ask.
