It truly seems he cancels a lesson every other week, and replies to any messages extremely slowly. After my friend abandoned him for another instructor for this same reason, I still had faith and thought it must be just a blip, however after months of inconsistency it is getting ridiculous. The rare occasions I do have lessons, he takes me to the exact same places he has in the past, therefore I feel as though I am not learning anything new. It has been 5 weeks since I had a lesson, and have sent multiple messages in order to contact him about arranging another, all with no response. Complete lack of effort on his side. Also, in the past, after I have told him I cannot make the normal lesson time, he has forgotten and I have been blamed. The whole experience has been disappointing and I can honestly say I have wasted my money with him. DO NOT USE PHIL MOSS DRIVING SCHOOL. Paying a little bit more for a far better instructor is DEFINITELY worth it.

With the way my lessons are going, he is making it hard for me to achieve this goal. Avoid at all costs. I have pictures to prove this. I am supposed to have one more hour with him but I feel like I am not even bothered about that. I have asked for my last hour money back but received no reply. He has been reported and I will be starting with a new instructor. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
