Andrew Navakas opposite Premises in Kensington is great. Very gentle and non-invasive. Plus they have a separate dental hygenist who will make your teeth cleaner than you thought possible. http://www.navakas.com/
Anyone know a dentist who will be nice to me? I'm very fragile. Hi my names squee_monkey and I'm afraid of going to the dentist. well sort of. I used to be fine with it but since my mid teens I've been getting more and more apprehensive about. I'm now at the point of freaking out if the dentist puts anything sharp in my mouth. Since moving to Melbourne I've pretty much wussed out and used the excuse that my dentist is too far away (Ballarat, as I said wussing out) to not go at all.
So my question to you is: Does anyone know of a good, modern dentist? or even better a dentist who specialises in these sorts of shenanigans? It would be very much appreciated.

I went here after 10 years of no dental work. I needed two root canals, and like, three hours of cleaning. Nothing but a positive experience (outside of some pain, but that was mostly with the cleaning) http://www.navakas.com/
