When issue was addressed with CEO Gregg Froman he could only reply that there was nothing he could do to rectify this mistake. He stated that the standard 26" width for the countertop was the issue. I told him we had submitted the specifications before the countertops were cut so he was aware that we did not have the standard width, so if that would present a problem for him he should not have agreed to provide this service.
