  Need an electrician. Who we got out there?? I've got flickering lights in my house. All of them. Driving me crazy. Started after the wash machine repair guy fixed the washer... He will be back... He's bring an emp filter .... But the lights keep flickering. BTW the lights started flickering while he was fixing the washer. So what's up?? I've turned the braker to washer off. Any ideas??
