The worst inspection possible when Mark Zumbro completely ignored a paint can holding up the main sewer trunk pipe in the crawlspace of the new home we purchased. Took a picture of an electrical box laying on the ground next to the trunk line with the paint can holding up the pipe off to the side, but didn't bother to worry about it and only put in the report about the electrical box. Can't barely see the trunk line and paint can in his picture, so we would have never noticed it in report because he never mentioned it. Trunk Line ended up coming a part (plumber said not even sealed properly) within two months after moving in and flooded our crawlspace with sewage. It cost us almost $800 to have the Trunk Pipe repaired/sealed and anchored properly and to have our crawlspace pumped out and cleaned. Mark’s answer to us that he seen it, but since he has seen paint cans holding up pipes before he didn’t think much of it and that he is only human so of course he makes mistakes.
Really, your mistake Mark cost us close to $800. We paid you to do an inspection that you are licensed for and you can’t even question a paint can holding up the main sewer trunk line in a crawl space. No wonder you don’t want the buyer at the house when you do the inspection until you are done because you are afraid the buyer might make you actually do your job properly I guess. Hell, you didn’t have a ladder with you so you could at least take a good look at the roof or anything and that is lazy in my opinion. I plan to write reviews everywhere I can regarding your crappy inspection and also how A Pro Services does not back their guarantee “If We Pass It, We Protect It" guarantee provides ultimate peace of mind” Yeah right!
Looking into filing a small claims case in Wilson County against your Franchise for your bad inspection and then not taking ownership of it and paying for repair and cleanout. That is why you carry insurance, but evidently you feel you shouldn’t have to put in a claim for your mistake. Never even gave a contract or anything, nothing in report of what to do when something like this happens, I guess that's because A Pro Inspections doesn’t stand by their guarantee "If We Pass It, We Protect It" guarantee provides ultimate peace of mind”.
We are buying our first house and need to get it appraised, checked for bugs and inspected. Any recommendations would be appreciated TIA

Hello all you hipsters. We are looking at buying a house but working on a budget. Does anyone know where we can get a decent priced but trust worthy home inspector?
